How paying works. If your session has a price, you send the exact amount to the bank card shown on the payment page, then upload a photo of your receipt. We check it and confirm your booking. We never see or store your card number.

1. Who we are

IELTSTeen ("IELTSTeen", "we", "us", "our") is an online IELTS-preparation service available at ieltsteen.com. The Service is operated by a self-employed person (o'zini o'zi band qilgan shaxs) registered with the tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, trading as IELTSTeen.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

IELTSTeen provides IELTS-preparation tools, including:

• Speaking Mock Test: a scheduled one-to-one practice speaking test with feedback, booked through the site.
• Progress tracking and related account features.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided for personal, educational use only.

3. Eligibility & accounts

The Service is aimed at IELTS learners, including students under 18. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by a person aged 18 or older who is authorised to use the payment method.

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Pricing & billing

The price of a session is always shown on the site before you book. Prices may be shown in Uzbek som (UZS) or US dollars (USD) depending on where you are. Some things we run are free, such as the Sunday livestream draw, and those are marked as free on the site.

• Speaking Mock Test: a single scheduled one-to-one session. The price is shown on the booking page.

How you pay. If a price applies, you send the exact amount shown to the bank card we give you on the payment page. You then upload a photo of your receipt so we can match it to your booking. We check every receipt by hand, so there is a short wait before your booking is confirmed. Your time slot is held for you while we check.

What we see. You pay through your own bank or banking app, so we never receive or store your card number. The only thing you send us is the receipt image, and we delete it a few hours after we have checked it.

Price changes. We may change prices. A new price applies from the moment it is shown on the site.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because you pay us by bank transfer, an approved refund is sent back to the same card or account you paid from.

6. Nature of feedback

Feedback and band estimates provided by IELTSTeen, including Speaking Mock Test feedback, are indicative and for practice only. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any particular score on a real IELTS examination. Actual results depend on the official examiners and test conditions.

IELTSTeen is an independent study aid. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. IELTSTeen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these organisations.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or submit content you have no right to submit;
• resell, redistribute, or share paid access or content with others;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, security, or authentication;
• scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malware, or disrupt or overload our systems or our providers'.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and design of the Service are owned by IELTSTeen or its licensors. You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as your session recording, your payment receipt, and any notes you write when booking ("User Content"). By sending it, you give us a limited licence to use it only to provide the Service, for example to confirm your payment or to give you your feedback, and to store your results in your account history. We do not sell your User Content.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and data storage), Zoom (running your session), Resend (email), and Telegram (reminders and messages). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feedback will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTSTeen's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities or exam outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
